Jordan Levy

Kia Ora I'm Jordan, a musician and herbalist.

I have always always been fascinated by both the Mystical connection we have to sacred spirituality as well as utilizing the healing gifts of the natural environment through crystals and plant medicine.

I love making natural remedies through herbal medicine and Rongoā to help people's well-being from a holistic perspective, supporting the mind, body & spirit.

Music has always been a big part of my life, my passion for it has grown into my own song writing, Playing the guitar & harp, and gig photography.

Rio

Rio loves to create and is a multidisciplinary artist who expresses herself through painting, poetry, and design. Primarily working with acrylic and spray paints, she has expanded her practice to include painting on clothing, creating murals, and exploring lino printing and clothes-making.

Her art serves as both a deeply personal outlet and a platform for advocacy, reflecting her commitment to causes like Toitū Te Tiriti and queer rights. Rio’s work blends raw emotion with her creativity as a way to express herself in a way that feels authentic to her.

Aleksandra Alagh

Aleksandra is a mum, educator and artist. She has been creating and exploring creativity for more than 20 years. She is passionate about photography, camera-less photography, alternative photography, ceramics, painting, 3D sculpture, bronze casting, glass casting, printmaking, hot arts, collaborative work, and endless mark-making.

Materials/objects that she creates are found, reused, recycled, repurposed and reborn in her creative projects. The process of making and creative thinking is what interests her. Aleksandra loves learning about creative problem-solving and discovering endless possibilities.

Aleksandra engages with the audience through her own and collaborative work, to create and achieve something that would inform and engage the community in the dialogue. Her exhibitions are always showcases of practice and an invitation to learn and enquire.

The audience is invited to be able to touch, feel, break, hear, walk on and engage with her mahi. Play and be curious.

Holly Keast (Mouse)

Mouse is a full time student, and part time artist who is excited for the day that those roles are reversed. Studying cultural anthropology, the study of religion, and creative writing, they have a deep desire to understand the human condition, the Absolute, and how to translate them into art.

Their visual art is focussed on doodling psychedelic faces in an attempt to capture an essential humanness; and channeled, abstract paintwork with an ideological inspiration from artists such as Hilma af Klint, and Wassily Kandinsky.

Their writing practice is centred around magical realism in fiction, and janky poetry which reflects their pride in their low-income background, and passion for social responsibility, destigmatisation, and interconnectedness. They love crafting as well, and occasionally all of these mediums coalesce into wonderful, twisted little books!

Alongside Nautilus they also work with a separate charity teaching creative writing to folks who would not be able to access lessons otherwise.

Sean Paulse

Sean Paulse is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter with extensive experience in music directing and live performance.

Sean aims to create music that pushes creative boundaries and resonates deeply with listeners by blending innovative production techniques with heartfelt songwriting.

James Costin

James is a multidisciplinary artist, starting their creative pursuits as a music producer in 2014 and gaining an advanced diploma in audio production through CIT Canberra in 2016. Since relocating to Te Whanganui a Tara, they have expanded into digital/video art, painting and conceptual installations.

Their primary project is producing and performing in the psychedelic ambient doom folk outfit Serpent Dream, where they engage audiences around New Zealand in audio-visual performances exploring themes of ritual, nature, technology and liminal space.

Billy Hendry

Billy Hendry seamlessly blends strategy with artistry, living at the crossroads of precision and imagination. With a background in web design, they thrive on the balance between structure and creativity—but their true passion lies in bringing ideas to life through hands-on craft.

From sculpting intricate 3D-printed pieces to sewing functional yet artistic designs, Billy constantly seeks new ways to transform raw materials into something extraordinary. Their love for photography adds yet another dimension to their creative practice, capturing moments of beauty, texture, and emotion through the lens. Whether working with thread, filament, or light, they approach every project with curiosity, skill, and an unwavering passion for the creative process.
